NYX UK LAUNCHES FRIGHTFEST SATURDAY SCARES WITH ALAN JONES
Coming to NYX UK from Saturday 20th Jan is a treat for horror fans - FrightFest Saturday Scares with Alan Jones, a brand-new show, where our favourite genre critic, author and broadcaster goes behind the scenes with some of his favourite films, sharing personal anecdotes, revealing rarely known facts and sharing why the films have made such a lasting impression.
Broadcast twice a month, we kick off with Mario Bava’s archetypal Giallo BLOOD ON BLACK LACE at 9 pm on Saturday, 20 Jan. In a first for a live-streaming Fast TV channel, Alan will introduce the film, take over the ad breaks and conclude at the end of the screening. Shockmeister William Castle’s 13 GHOSTS is the second film in the series, screening at 9 pm on Saturday, 27 January. It is produced by FrightFest’s Ian Rattray and Greg Day.
